Razzberry macadamia nut cookies

Ingredients

Prepare Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Mix as directed, combining cookie mix with butter and egg until soft dough is formed.

Fold in white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, and razzberries.

Chill in freezer 10 minutes (optional if batter is warm).

Bake in preheated 350° oven for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set and slightly browned.

Cool cookies on wire rack.

Stir together powdered sugar with milk until combined, drizzle on cooled cookies. (This is optional)

1 cup Razzberries fresh or frozen

1/2 cup White chocolate chips

1/4 cup Macadamia nuts chopped

1/3 cup powdered sugar

1-1/2 tsp Milk

1/2 cup lime juice, plus zest from 1 lime

14 oz sweetened condensed milk
-
3 large Egg Yolks
-
1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
-
6 Tbsp butter melted
-
1/3 cup sugar
Ingredients

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar until crumbly mixture.

Press graham cracker mixture into a fluted tart pan with removable base using a large, flat spatula.

Place tart pan on cookie sheet and cook for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven, press crust down again gently with flat spatula, and allow to cool.

Whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and zest until combined.

Pour into cooled pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes or until filling is set.

Cool on rack then chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

You may also garnish with thin lime slices or lime zest.
